Requirements & Guidelines

• A $25 non-refundable processing fee is due upon turning in the application
• A separate application is required from each application, age 18 or older, along with $ 25 non-refundable processing fee, unless you are married.
• Security deposit is the same as the rent (except Commercial rentals, which is 2 months’ rent) and due upon approval of application.
• In most cases, our units require 2 rental references or at least 12 months good rental history and employment.
• One (1) year lease is required on all our units.
• NOTE: Processing the application can take up to 24-72 hours, depending on how quickly we hear back from landlords, employers & references etc…
